Our client is seeking a ServiceNow Program Manager in Raleigh, NC.
Role Description
Seeking a Program Manager that will lead company's ServiceNow initiatives as it relates to driving transformative programs . This role isnt related to "managing projects" Its a true Program Management role where one will be accountable for a project management matrix organization of 7-10.
The 7-10 project managers are scattered throughout the organization in operations, architecture, development, security, etc.
• This identified Program Manager is a big picture candidate; one that will align the new SNOW technology with boldest ambitions, and deliver results that redefine what’s possible. They are truly the visionary force behind the ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and enhancements—while also expanding their expertise across a broader portfolio of IT and business programs.
• This identified Program Manager will thrive in a fast-paced environment, they will rally cross-functional teams, anticipate challenges, and seize opportunities to innovate. From steering ServiceNow success to shaping enterprise-wide strategies, they will be the go-to leader who doesn’t just get things done—they make them legendary.
• They will have exceptional communication as they will present to high level execs w/in the organization (CEO, COO, CTO, etc);
• They will have both the experience and the soft skills to communicate a vision across IT and “the business”.
• Understand organizational needs and contribute to the ServiceNow roadmap and rally the crew to deliver mind-blowing programs—on time, on budget, and beyond expectations!
• Dream big and craft program plans that tie ServiceNow magic to our business goals—think ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and more.
• Lead a squad of superheroes—developers, admins, testers, and change champs—to crush it on every project.
• Champion organizational change by designing strategies that inspire teams to embrace new processes, tools, and ways of working with enthusiasm.
• Scope out requirements with stakeholders, turning their “what ifs” into “heck yeahs” with killer solutions.
• Keep the energy high and the chaos low—manage risks, timelines, budgets, and resources like a pro.
• Partner with execs, business leads, and IT rockstars to align ServiceNow initiatives with our grand vision.
• Drive the full program lifecycle—kickoffs, sprints, testing, go-lives, and victory laps that leave everyone cheering.
• Amp up adoption—work with change managers to get teams hyped and ready to roll with new capabilities.
• Lead change communication efforts—craft messages that spark excitement and clarity across all levels of the organization.
• Oversee training initiatives that empower employees to thrive through change, ensuring seamless transitions.
• Anticipate resistance to change and flip it into opportunity—using your influence to foster a culture of adaptability and growth.
• Track the wins—report progress, metrics, and ROI to leadership with swagger and clarity, highlighting change success stories.
• Stay plugged into ServiceNow’s latest tricks and trends—bringing fresh ideas to keep us cutting-edge.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align teams, break down silos, and ignite a shared vision for change.
• Act as a change evangelist—coaching leaders and project managers to lead by example and drive transformation from the top.

Skills & Requirements
• A bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or something equally impactful; however a minimum of 5-8 years in project management, with the last 3 years being in program management. Must be either certified from the Project Management Institute (PMI) or have a PMP Certification.
• 2-3 ServiceNow Implementations; They need to be very familiar across all the modules. ITSM, CSM, SPM, SecOps . If they only have a few; that would be okay, but the candidates that have all the exposure to modules- this would push them to the top of the list Strong experience with ServiceNow, from a PM Standpoint- CSM, ITSM
• Exp working in both an Agile and Waterfall methodology environment
• A strong ability to multi-task, from solving problems, and keeping a positive environment while under pressure.
• Strong Leadership -this candidate should be equal parts of strategy and hype.
• Strong Organizational skills given they will be leading multiple programs and projects at the same time.
• Bonus points for ITIL, and Agile certs
• ServiceNow certs are a major flex
