Your new role
As the Service Manager, you will manage the maintenance operations of a 300 unit luxury rental in Alexandria, Virginia. The Service Manager will manage an Assistant Service Manager, Maintenance Technician, Groundskeeper, and Housekeeping teams.

What you'll need to succeed

• COVID vaccine required
• 3-5+ years in multifamily/residential facilities management
• Ability to train and lead onsite team
• EPA certification (CFC Universal) preferred
