Senior UKG Pro WFM Integration Consultant – Contract– Coral Gables, FL/Remote – $75.00 - $80.00/hr.

Our client is seeking a Senior UKG Pro WFM Integration Consultant in Coral Gables, FL/Remote.

Responsibilities

Requirements with experience 7+ years
• Knowledgeable and experienced in UKG Pro WFM Timekeeping. Handling system configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting in Timekeeping, Scheduling, Analytics and Absence Management modules.
• Boomi Integrations expertise. Able to design, develop, and implement integration solutions using Boomi. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, creating technical specifications, and collaborating with clients to ensure successful project delivery. Creating and documenting test cases and scenarios. You must have expertise in API management and various communication protocols.
• UKG Pro WFM API working knowledge. Able to provide technical expertise and help consult in integrations using and managing WFM API endpoints for third party systems that both gather and update information in UKG Pro WFM.
• Practiced in UKG Timeclock Lifecycle (9100, Intouch DX)
•Creating Soft Keys
• Logs and Troubleshooting clock issues
• Clock setup and configuration
• Troubleshooting Clock issues
• Setting up Events
• Strong communication skills and able to take ownership of issues for resolution.
• Proactively identifies, leads, plans, and executes on business, process and system improvements. This includes the assessment of issue severity, prioritizing responses as appropriate and monitoring progress and results, recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities, and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes and new responsibilities.
• Performs in-depth analysis and documentation of current state/future state workflows, data collection, report details, and other technical requirements. Prioritizes and implements requested changes to the system. Performs analysis – producing required documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, UAT plan)
• Elicits and prioritize business/functional requirement for initiatives. Support projects and sustainment by completing and updating documentation, managing scope, adjusting schedules when necessary, determining daily priorities, ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of tasks and/or milestones, following proper escalation paths and managing customer and supplier relationships.
• Collaborating with others, driving the resolution of issues & holding self/team accountable for results. Analyze/translate business requirements into a sys design document. Tech & sys related analysis using knowledge of current app, interfaces & data structures to recommend solutions/provide input. Formal/informal written comm methods to comm updates/findings to diverse audiences.
• Knowledge in Basic Scheduling and Advanced Scheduling setup and process. Enabling and configuring Workloads and Zones, setting up Schedule process and staffing matrixes. Configuring schedule posting jobs and troubleshooting Advanced Scheduling issues.
• Analytical thinking for creating Reports and Dataviews to help identify and provide KPI and metrics to the business both on Timekeeping and Scheduling data
• Managing DataHub and Pipelines within UKG Pro WFM for Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Absence Management modules. Scheduling and determining dependencies based on pipelines and application knowledge.
• ServiceNow CRM experience. Working with ITIL requests and incidents for user issue resolution and tracking.
• Experience in Kronos WFC WIM Integrations. Able to review and extract functionality from WIM Integrations. Create new Integrations to help manipulate data and assist in legacy reporting.
• UKG Pro WFM Analytics knowledge. Setting up and configuring pipelines and necessary analytics configuration. Analyzing and creating productivity reports and managing Volume processes.
• SQL Skills to help in debugging and validation scripts for testing and problem identifying.

Skills & Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with UKG Pro WFM (Timekeeping, Scheduling, Analytics, Absence Management) in large enterprise environments, including Advanced Scheduling configuration
• Must possess strong proficiency in Boomi Integrations (design, develop, implement beyond UKG templates), with exposure to Kronos WFC WIM integrations
• Must possess hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM APIs for third-party integrations and familiarity with DataHub and Pipelines for streamlined data flows
• Expertise in Timeclock lifecycle (9100, Intouch DX) including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Ability to devise technical solutions using best programming practices for complex integration challenges, leveraging SQL for debugging and validation
• Must possess experience working with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow for handling requests and incidents
• Must possess strong analytical mindset for creating reports and dataviews to support business decisions
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to take ownership and resolve issues
