Your new role
As a Senior Superintendent, you’ll oversee construction projects of all sizes from start to finish, while also mentoring and training other Superintendents. You’ll coordinate subcontractors, manage field operations, ensure safety compliance, and lead project planning and execution. This role may also involve hands-on carpentry work when needed and requires strong leadership in both field performance and team development.

You’ll be responsible for preparing look -a - head schedules, attending OAC meetings, managing job site performance, and ensuring all work aligns with contract documents and quality standards. The role includes supervisory responsibilities for up to 20 direct employees and oversight of up to 150 subcontractors depending on project size.
