Your new company

We are proud to be partnering with a well-established and highly respected real estate development firm that has been a recognized leader in the multifamily and mixed-use sector since 1990. With a strong focus on high-quality infill and suburban projects across California and the Western United States, the company continues to shape communities through thoughtful design and strategic development. Most recently, they have acquired a significant parcel of land with plans to develop a vibrant new residential community.

Your new role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent with a strong background in the multifamily construction sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading large teams and managing complex projects from inception through to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. The project is scheduled to break ground in December, and interviews are being conducted on an expedited basis. The first phase of development will consist of approximately 300 residential units, with a primary focus on establishing the initial infrastructure, including roads, utilities, and site grading to support the broader community buildout.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Lead all on-site construction activities from pre-construction through project completion.
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure efficient and coordinated workflow.
  • Oversee the construction of roads, interconnecting roadways, horizontal infrastructure, utilities, and grading operations.
  • Maintain strict adherence to project schedules, budgets, and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and architects to resolve issues and drive progress.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and implement quality control measures.
  • Ensure full compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and company standards.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to junior staff and field teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

What you'll get in return

  • Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) with company match.
  • Paid time off and holidays.
  • Professional development opportunities.
