As part of this growth, they are seeking a seasoned Senior Superintendent to lead complex commercial projects from the ground up.

Your new role

As the Senior Superintendent, you will be the driving force behind the successful execution of large-scale commercial construction projects. You will oversee all field operations, manage site teams and subcontractors, enforce safety and quality standards, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. You will serve as the primary on-site leader, working closely with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.

What you'll need to succeed

• 10+ years of experience in construction supervision, with at least 5 years in a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent role

• Proven experience managing ground-up commercial projects (e.g., office buildings, healthcare, education, retail, or mixed-use developments)

• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage large teams and complex schedules

• Deep understanding of construction methods, safety regulations, and project documentation

• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)

• OSHA 30 certification required; additional safety or leadership training is a plus
