Your new role

As an IT Senior Developer, you will design, develop, and implement software solutions to solve complex business challenges. You’ll work on platforms such as ServiceNow, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality, scalable applications. This is a hybrid position with designated in-office days, subject to change based on business needs.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Designing and maintaining software applications (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
  • Writing clean, efficient code and conducting code reviews.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving software issues.
  • Mentoring junior developers and staying current with industry trends.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 5+ years as a System Administrator/Developer and 5–7 years in IT Service Delivery.
  • 3+ years of coding/scripting experience (JavaScript, CSS, HTML, AngularJS).
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and architecture.
  • Experience with web frameworks (Angular, React, ASP.NET) and databases (SQL Server, Oracle).
  • Familiarity with LDAP/Active Directory and Cloud Architecture.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • CSA (Certified System Administrator) or CAD (Certified Application Developer) certifications
