Senior Project Manager required to work on "Sexy High-Rise" for North America's leading Owner Builder

My client is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead the construction of one of Los Angeles’ most anticipated luxury living developments.

This 400-unit, $200 million project will set a new standard for upscale urban living, featuring resort-style amenities, cutting-edge design, and meticulous craftsmanship.

To be considered for this role, you must have :

  • 10+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on multifamily or mixed-use developments
  • Proven track record managing large-scale projects ($100M+) from start to finish
  • A proven stable employment track record with a Tier-One GC in LA
