What you'll need to succeed:
- 6+ years of experience managing luxury residential construction projects—single-family homes, townhomes, or apartments.
- Strong background in high-end finishes, custom detailing, and working closely with architects, designers, and discerning clients.
- Ability to lead projects from pre-construction through final handover, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline goals are met.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Must live locally to Washington DC—this is a 5-day on-site role, with active jobsite presence required
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
