Senior Project Manager

About the Role
My client is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong background in building envelope restoration, inspections, and historic preservation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a leadership position, enjoys mentoring junior staff, and is passionate about delivering technically sound and visually impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead internal project meetings from kickoff to closeout.
• Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and field-testing.
• Offer feedback on the performance of projects and teams.
• Develop strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
• Lead project meetings and manage client expectations throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 6 years of mechanical design experience with an MEP firm.
• EIT or PE preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools.
• Strong understanding of NYC building codes and permitting processes.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
