Senior Project Manager to join its team. The company specializes in commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use developments, delivering high-quality projects that positively impact communities across Texas.

Your new role

This is a high-impact leadership role for an experienced construction professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional results. The Senior Project Manager will oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale commercial construction projects
  • Simultaneously leading on 3–4 projects
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and contract requirements
  • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues
  • Communicate regularly with clients and senior leadership
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • 7–10 years of project management experience in commercial construction
  • Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar projects
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera)
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Experience in the Houston construction market
  • Familiarity with local permitting and regulatory processes
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • LEED or other industry certifications
