Heavy Civil Project Manager needed for a well established, privately owned company.

A well-respected Civil Contractor who operates in the Southeastern US and nationally, specializing in various civil projects including site development, dams, reservoirs, mass earthworks, underground utilities, and other heavy civil construction projects. They are an established civil contractor who have been in the industry for years, has a solid reputation, great company culture, and lots of upcoming projects.

Your new role

Responsibilities include establishing project objectives, supervise total construction efforts, provide technical assistance, managing scope of work, supports procurement, supports contracts, monitor materials and billing, approve subcontractor invoicing, review submittals, monitor deviations in scope, maintaining job files, RFI's, and much more.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this role, you should have a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree and at least 5 years of relevant Project Manager experience in heavy civil, site development, excavation, mass earthworks, and/or underground utility construction.
