Award-winning GC seeking Project Manager to help accelerate growth in SoCal - Luxury Retail projects
An industry-leading General Contractor specializing in ground-up new construction, renovations, remodels, and program rollouts. They work with Fortune 500 firms and some of the biggest brand names globally. As an employee-owned company, they foster a collaborative culture where everyone contributes to project success.
Due to an increase in workload, they are now looking for a Project Manager who will lead and manage construction projects, ensuring successful delivery within budget, schedule, and quality parameters. This role requires expertise in luxury retail, high-end restaurants, flagship store construction and the ability to handle high-intensity, short-term projects.
To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of five years of construction project management experience, with a strong preference for retail construction. You must have experience managing projects with high intensity and short-term duration (typically 16-20 weeks). You will be able to show a trac record of being the sole lead on projects ranging from $2-5 million dollars.
