Your new company
A well-established, mid-sized general contractor in Southwest Florida is expanding its team to meet a growing pipeline of commercial projects. Known for its hands-on approach and collaborative culture, the company is launching 11 new builds between December and March and is seeking experienced talent to lead the charge.

Your new role
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll take full ownership of one large-scale project (typically $15M+) or manage 2–3 mid-sized builds. You’ll oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle—from buyouts and scheduling to RFIs and submittals—while leading teams and ensuring timely, on-budget delivery. Current and upcoming projects include a large family entertainment facility, a youth center, and a marina!

What you'll need to succeed

• 10–15+ years of commercial construction experience

• Proven ability to run projects independently

• Strong leadership and execution skills

• Degree in Construction Management or related field

• Experience with medium-sized GCs preferred

• Full-scope PM experience (not siloed roles)

• Candidates from large corporate GC environments are typically not a fit
