Senior Project Manager - Pipeline

Specializing in underground utility construction, including water, wastewater, stormwater, reuse systems, and horizontal directional drilling. We offer various project delivery methods, such as Design-Build, Construction Management at Risk, and Traditional Bid-Build.

Position Overview:

The Senior Project Manager will lead and manage underground utility construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to client specifications. This role requires extensive experience in utility systems, horizontal directional drilling, and managing large, complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Manage all phases of underground utility construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
Client & Stakeholder Relations: Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and timely communication.
Team Management: Lead project teams and collaborate with subcontractors to meet project objectives.
Risk & Financial Management: Oversee project budgets, timelines, and mitigate potential risks.
Construction Oversight: Ensure safety, quality control, and compliance with project specifications and regulations.
Contract Management: Review contracts, manage change orders, and ensure deliverables meet contractual terms.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Experience: 10–15 years of experience in managing underground utility construction projects, including expertise in water, wastewater, and stormwater systems.
Skills: Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills. Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project).
Certifications: PMP or equivalent preferred.
