Senior Project Manager - Commercial Construction - Interiors, Healthcare & Mission Critical

A circa 100-year-old, Rocky Mountain focused General Contractor with a Portfolio of Projects ranging from Ground Up and Build Outs of Corporate Interiors, Mission Critical, Public Sector, Healthcare & Wider Commercial Projects.
With their Head Office located just outside of Denver Tech Center, this organizations boasts great tenure with strong company benefits
Your New Role
Working from the Head Office, but covering Projects across the Front Range, you will hold end to end responsibility for project oversight and delivery while ensuring on time and on budget. You will work closely with field personnel to adhere to schedules and interface with the client to ensure they are updated and satisfied.
You will split your time between the office and the project location working in close conjunction with the Lead Superintendent.
You will periodically report to internal stakeholders and provide updates while maintaining a professional relationship that will encourage repeat business from the client.
Currently, there is a need for Corporate Interiors, Mission Critical, Public Sector, Healthcare & Wider Commercial Projects
Both, Ground Up and Build Out/Renovation experience will be required.
What you'll need to succeed
- Portfolio of Ground Up & Renovations/Build Out
- Manage multiple projects at once
- Working closely with all areas of the business – Precon, architects & engineers etc
- 10 Years experience within Construction Industry – ideally within Colorado
- Construction related Degree
- Ability to lead and own the project – taking FULL responsibility.
- Confident with Procore, Bluebeam and wider scheduling software
- Project Spends = $30M and above
- Extremely strong time management, stakeholder and leadership skills
- Experience of overseeing end to end, cradle to grave projects
- An understanding of Colorado building regs and laws
