Your new role

• Directing and mentoring project teams in partnership with Site Superintendents.
• Overseeing estimating, budgeting, procurement, scheduling, and execution.
• Managing client relationships and driving strategic growth initiatives.
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of progressive GC experience managing ground-up commercial or multifamily projects ($10M–$50M+).
• Expertise in estimating, scheduling, cost control, negotiation, and financial reporting.
• Proven leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Procore preferred).
