Your new role

• Project Types: Stick-built, negotiated multifamily construction
• Team Size: 3-person preconstruction team, 30-person multifamily group
• Travel Radius: Projects within 45 miles of Richmond

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum of 8+ years of proven experience within a general contractor environment bidding on multifamily or commercial projects
• Strong ownership mindset and collaborative spirit
• Desire for long-term career growth
