Senior Property Manager
Your new company
Hays is partnered with a well-known owner-operator Real Estate firm, who is looking to add a Senior Property Manager to their team in Raleigh, NC.
Your new role
- Complete property inspections & maintenance assessments on-site
- Prepare monthly reports including financial statements, operating and leasing metrics and occupancy and lease expiration status.
- Oversee Capital & Tenant Improvement Planning and Coordination
- Communicate regularly with and manage site vendors and contractors
- Prepare vendor contracts, reports, and other related documents
- Manage and oversee tenant space buildouts/improvements in order to maintain a high quality of construction and to ensure compliance with construction drawings, including conducting meetings with architects, construction contractors, and tenants.
What you'll need to succeed
- You will need a minimum of 5 years property management experience in Commercial Real Estate (office preferred).
- Excellent communication & organizational skills
- Experience managing a team (recruitment, onboarding, training & development)
- Proficient in Yardi, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, ETC.)
- Experience with financials (budgets, reports, Capx, Etc.)
- CPM or RPA designation preferred (Not required)
