Our client is seeking a Senior Manager, Epic Implementation Specialist in Coral Gables, FL.
Job Description
These leaders will oversee and coordinate managers and IT teams responsible for Epic clinical applications across inpatient, ambulatory, and ancillary services.
They will drive execution across all phases of the implementation and collaborate closely with clinical and operational stakeholders to ensure alignment between technology and care delivery.
Skills & Requirements
• 7+ years of proven leadership and demonstrated success in Epic Ambulatory implementations, including oncology workflows
• Must possess familiarity with clinic operations, scheduling, referrals, and patient engagement tools
• Must possess experience working with ambulatory care providers, oncologists, and outpatient clinical staff
• Must possess strong ability to communicate with clinicians, nurse practitioners, and practice managers
• Must be self-directed and capable of managing complex outpatient environments
• Epic certifications in Ambulatory and Beacon (Oncology) (preferred)

Team Structure:
• Oversees 3–4 managers, each managing their own teams
• Leads teams supporting outpatient clinical systems and specialty care
