As the Senior Leasing Assistant, you will support the leasing team.

The Walnut Creek regional office plays a key role in supporting leasing, operations, and development throughout the area.
Your new role
- Lease document preparation — Drafting leases, proposals, modifications, and correspondence.
- Primary leasing contact — Providing pricing, information, and materials to prospective tenants and brokers.
- Operational support — Managing key dates, data entry, research, and leasing actions.
- Marketing coordination — Creating presentations, reports, and marketing content.
- Database management — Maintaining accurate leasing records and software systems.
- Deal assistance — Helping with renewals and new leasing transactions.
- Networking involvement — Attending local events to build tenant and broker relationships.
- Administrative leadership — Providing high‑level support to the leasing team and office leadership.
What you'll need to succeed
- An Associate’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (such as a paralegal certificate) is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate, including leasing support or work involving legal documents and commercial leases.
- Demonstrated experience preparing and reviewing contract and lease documentation.
- Working knowledge of contract terminology and the fundamentals of real estate leasing operations.
- Strong quantitative and analytical abilities to support leasing activities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
