Looking for an experienced Sr. Estimator to join our client's team!
As a Sr. Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing cost estimates and bid documents for construction projects or services.
You will review contractual requirements, prepare material take-offs, obtain comparative quotations, and analyze estimated vs. actual costs upon project completion.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of Sr. Estimator experience and 10+ years of estimating experience.
A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or other industry-related degree is required.
Strong knowledge and experience of underground pipe/utilities, pipeline rehabilitation, heavy civil construction, and open cut processes are a must.
