Your new role

They are currently seeking a Senior Estimator to act as an integral member in their estimating department for major ground-up healthcare projects. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting conceptual along with hard bids, performing value engineering to bring projects within budgetary parameters, creating accurate and timely quantity take-offs for projects across all phases. You will also regularly attend networking events and communicate effectively with vendors and subcontractors to stay current with market-based pricing.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have at least 10 years’ previous experience estimating ground-up projects and have an understanding across all trades. The ideal candidate will have previous healthcare and super structure concrete experience with a degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
