• Evaluate project documentation, specifications, and site conditions to determine scope and pricing.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to strategic discussions with project and executive teams to align estimating efforts with business goals.
• Review and approve final bid packages, ensuring precision and completeness.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior estimators, fostering skill development and team growth.

• In-depth understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and industry trends.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and strong analytical thinking.
• High-level proficiency in estimating platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and present effectively.
• Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to attend site visits and participate in pre-bid meetings as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in estimating for construction projects, including 3 years in a senior or lead role.
