Your new role
As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will play a key leadership role within a team of electrical engineers, overseeing project delivery while mentoring junior staff and serving as a trusted partner to clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading electrical design and project delivery from concept through construction.
- Managing client relationships and acting as a key point of contact.
- Mentoring and developing junior engineers.
- Overseeing project schedules, budgets, and financial performance.
- Supporting business development efforts and helping grow existing accounts.
- Coordinating with multidisciplinary design teams on complex projects.
What you'll need to succeed
What you'll need to succeed
- PE license preferred.
- 7+ years of electrical consulting engineering experience.
- Strong New York City project experience.
- Experience leading projects and mentoring junior engineers.
- Client-facing experience and strong communication skills.
- Background with an MEP consulting engineering firm.
- Experience across commercial, residential, healthcare, higher education, government, or public sector projects.
