• Lead analytics initiatives across multiple business functions
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and statistical models
• Deliver compelling presentations and storytelling to stakeholders
• Provide guidance on analytics methodology and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional analytics teams
• Advise on data strategy and predictive modeling
• Act as a generalist consultant with a “get-it-done” attitude
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to investigate operational issues
• Present results and recommendations to enhance strategies and profitability

• Lead meetings and create presentations to drive actionable results

• Bachelor’s in Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of data analysis experience
• 2+ years with statistical software (SAS, SQL, R, Python)
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, VBA
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
• Proven experience leading global analytics teams
• Strong consulting and communication skills
• Deep technical expertise in data science, analytics, and strategy
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders

• E-commerce or retail experience
• Master’s degree in a related field
