This REIT is one of the leading development firms in the industry, particularly in the commercial office sector. While the past few years have been trying, they have successfully navigated the storms and are set to continue to develop. This firm has a national presence with offices & properties on both coasts, and has recently picked up a 3-building residential portfolio in Jersey City, NJ.

Your new role

As a Senior-level Project Manager, your role would be to oversee the CM construction of these 3 multifamily properties. The firm is also looking at other multifamily deals as we move into the future. Initially, you would be onsite every day in Jersey City, making sure the construction goes smoothly. After the end of the projects, you will be going to the Midtown Manhattan office.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in the ground-up multifamily construction space.

• 10+ years' experience in construction.

• Relevant education/degree, i.e., Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, etc.

• Experience working for and managing General Contractors.

• Owner-side experience preferred.
