This organization owns over 400 sites across the NYC area and are committed to providing world-class healthcare to its patients. This organization is looking for a competent Senior Project Manager to join the team and oversee the capital construction projects across the portfolio.


-Your new role-

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead projects and teams through capital design and construction projects. These projects range from small clinic renovations to large-scale structural hospital renovations. You will meet with stakeholders and sponsors to find the best solution to the challenges of construction, and will provide mentorship to more junior members of the team. These projects will be taken from soup to nuts, and you will be in the driver's seat as the owner's side SPM!


-What you'll need to succeed-

  • Licensed Engineer
  • Bachelor's degree (Architectural or Engineering preferred)
  • 10+ years in a hospital / healthcare construction environment
  • Construction project management experience
  • Familiarity with design/design oversight in construction
  • Experience working on complex construction projects (x-ray, cardiology, etc.) preferred
  • Understanding of current healthcare codes
  • Experience with capital construction project programs
