Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst IAM in Orlando, FL

Role Description

• Elicit, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements for IAM platforms, systems and services.
• Develop detailed use case documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with product owners and engineering leads.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and structured interviews with stakeholders across business units, IT, Security, and Compliance.
• Maintain the requirements traceability matrix to ensure all IAM project deliverables map to approved business needs.
• Support sprint planning and backlog refinement in collaboration with the Program Manager and engineering teams.
• Analyze current-state access processes and document gap assessments against target-state IAM capabilities.
• Produce clear data flow diagrams, process flows, and integration specifications to support technical design.
• Coordinate UAT activities: develop test scenarios, coordinate test participants, and document results against acceptance criteria.
• Mentor junior business analysts and contribute to team knowledge sharing through documentation standards, peer reviews, and process improvement initiatives.

Skills & Requirements

• 3+ years of business analysis experience on IT infrastructure, security, or application programs.
• Proficiency in structured requirements documentation methods: user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, traceability matrices.
• Experience facilitating workshops and managing stakeholders across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language and vice versa.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or equivalent backlog and documentation tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to produce high-quality documentation under program deadlines.
• BA/BS Degree Comp Sci/IS or related field
• CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent business analysis certification.
• Background in cybersecurity, IAM, or identity governance.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with BPMN or process modeling tools.
• Experience on PAM, IGA, Secrets or broader identity security programs.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a comparable field, and/or equivalent work experience.
