One of the largest Firms in Florida is looking to bring on a new Senior Billing Specialist. Looking for someone who shares their high drive and ambition. Multiple offices all over the United States and the globe!

Your new role

You will be responsible for processing E-bills via Aderant software. Researching and answering billing questions. Reviewing and editing pre-bills in response to attorney and secretary requests. Handling and processing a high volume of complex bills. Reviewing and verifying accuracy of billing and supporting documentation as required. Ad hoc reports for attorneys as needed. Special projects and additional duties as assigned.

What you'll need to succeed

2–4 years of progressive experience as an E-Biller in a law firm environment. Aderant software experience preferred. Proficiency with Windows-based software and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is required. Position requires the ability to work well under pressure to meet strict deadlines. Flexibility for overtime is required. Strong attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well under pressure. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
