Senior Accountant paying up to $85k!



Your New Company
A Hospitality company in Miami is seeking a Senior Accountant to lead North American accounting operations. You’ll be part of a global finance team across North America, Switzerland, and Doha. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on tax accounting (approximately 70% of responsibilities).


Your New Role
  • Corporate income tax and international tax reporting
  • Managing tax compliance across 7–8 entities
  • Journal entries, reconciliations, and full-cycle month-end close
  • Supporting system migration from Xero to Sage
  • Leveraging Excel for financial analysis and reporting
  • Contributing to future AI integration in finance systems



What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • Proven experience in tax-driven accounting
  • Strong technical skills, especially in Excel
  • Familiarity with Xero and/or Sage (or similar accounting platforms)
  • Tech-savvy mindset with interest in automation and AI
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams
