The company is known for its commitment to operational excellence and delivering high-quality projects across multiple regions. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where financial accuracy and compliance are top priorities. The organization values strategic thinking, continuous improvement, and fostering strong internal partnerships.
Your Responsibilities
As a Senior Accountant, you will lead critical financial processes including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings. You will prepare and analyze G&A reports, monitor cash flow, and develop weekly cash forecasts in collaboration with project teams. Additional duties include managing intercompany invoicing, maintaining staff billing rate tables, and supporting audits. You will also produce financial reports for senior leadership and respond to ad hoc analysis requests from the CFO and Controller.
What You Need to Succeed
To excel in this role, you should hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with 3–4 years of relevant experience. A strong understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and compliance is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills, is required, and public accounting experience is highly preferred. Construction industry experience is a plus. Key competencies include strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
