Our client is seeking a Scrum Master in Charlotte, NC.

Role Description

Seeking a hands-on Scrum Master with a strong background in Agile methodologies and a proven track record of facilitating high-performing teams.
• The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the Scrum framework and experienced in using JIRA and other Atlassian tools to manage Agile projects effectively.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of goals and priorities.
• Guide teams in Agile best practices and help remove impediments to progress.
• Monitor sprint progress using JIRA dashboards and reports, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Coach team members on Agile principles and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Track and report key Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and team capacity.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical deliverables.
• Promote collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams.
• Support release planning and coordination with other teams and departments.
• Utilize Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket) to manage workflows, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and principles (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Proficiency in JIRA and other Atlassian tools.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) preferred.
