Our client is seeking a Scrum Master in Atlanta, GA\ Hybrid.
Role Description
Our client is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to join the Tech Delivery team for a high-impact initiative known as Operation Excel. This role is ideal for a seasoned Scrum Master who thrives in fast-paced environments, can manage offshore teams effectively, and is ready to hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as Scrum Master for two small offshore teams (India-based), ensuring accountability and delivery.
Act as a liaison between offshore development teams and onshore stakeholders.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove blockers, and ensure continuous delivery of value.
Collaborate with two Salesforce teams and one automation team under Operation Excel.
Work closely with the Agile Coach and other Scrum Masters across various projects.
Translate user stories and requirements into actionable tasks for the development teams.
Skills & Requirements
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master (not rotating roles like BA/PM).
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools.
Experience with Jira and/or Atlassian tools is a significant plus.
Banking or financial services experience is a plus, but not required.
Must be local to Atlanta or Columbus, GA – hybrid work model with flexible scheduling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – personality and cultural fit are critical.
Ability to work independently and manage distributed teams effectively.
