Our client is seeking a Scrum Master (Cloud Domain) in Denver, CO.

Role Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Scrum Master should conduct all the ceremonies of an agile development cycle such as PI planning, daily standups, feature refinements, sprint planning, sprint demos, sprint retrospect.
· Document the action items from the various meetings and following up with the respective stakeholders
· Develop trusted relationship with project and program stakeholders
· Deliver appropriate and effective executive level communication
· Assist leadership with onboarding and training the staff and contractors as needed
· Experience working within various project management methodologies, preferably SAFe Agile methodologies
· Continuous professional development in order to keep abreast of emerging technologies, methods and project management best practices

Program or Project management; SAFe Agile certifications; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams), Microsoft Project, and Smartsheet, JIRA, Jira Align

Skills & Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree
· Program or Project management experience 7+ years
· Experience in consulting in large corporations, preferably in Private Cloud, Public Cloud, and Network as a Service (NaaS) domains
· SAFe Agile certifications such as CSM, PO/PM
· Excellent documentation and reporting skills
· Experience presenting to executive leadership and demonstrated communication skills, both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff, all levels of management
· Strong relationship management skills - able to set priorities, influence others, manage customer expectations and effect change through influence and partnership
· Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
· Technically competent with various software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams), Microsoft Project, and Smartsheet, JIRA, Jira Align etc.
· Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies
