SCIF Project Manager - General Contracting - Denver - $150,000+ Depending on Expereince
Your new company
Denver based General Contractor whose core focus is commercial construction projects, primarily in the ground up & tenant improvement space. High-end office spaces, medical/lab facilities, and additions. This GC is growing year over year and have built their brand through their repeat business from satisfied past clients.
Your new role:
Working out of their Head Office in South Denver, as the SCIF Project Manager, you will be responsible for all SCIF related project oversight and delivery while ensuring on time and on budget. You will work closely with field personnel to adhere to schedules and interface with the client to ensure they are updated and satisfied. You will periodically report to internal stakeholders and provide updates while maintaining a professional relationship that will encourage repeat business from the client.
Proven experience within SCIF environments is ESSENTIAL and is a must for any applicant.
What you'll need to succeed
- Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels in the SCIF space
- Proven experience of being able to coordinate and deliver projects on time and in budget within a SCIF environment
- Business Development capability, building a pipeline of work
- All portfolio experience will be considered if it is within SCIF environments.
