Custom Home Builder in Washington DC hiring a Project Manager

Your new company:
I am currently recruiting for an established Luxury Residential General Contractor based in the DC area who are looking to hire a Project Manager. This is a great opportunity particularly for a project manager experienced in DC based luxury residential or custom home projects who is seeking long-term stability. Looking to connect with Project Managers with 5+ years experience working for a construction general contractor specializing in building high-end luxury residential projects in the DC area. Position is open to 1099 or W2 setting.

What you'll need to succeed:
  • 5+ years’ experience working for a general contractor as a Project Manager. Will also consider Superintendent experience if you have had exposure to Project Management tasks too.
  • Have project experience in the luxury residential / custom home construction sector working for a general contractor. Ideally have worked on projects ranging $3M - $10M.
  • Be local to the Washington DC area.
  • Proficient in using construction related technology and Microsoft Office Suite.

What you'll get in return:
  • Position is open to 1099 or W2 setting.
  • Base salary in the range of $135K - $145K.
