This firm owns and operates over 3.8MM square feet of residential space along with 9.5MM+ square feet of commercial space. Your new role

As the Resident Manager, you will support a 190+ unit luxury rental property in the Midtown East area of NYC. The Resident Manager will manage a staff of 13 employees including Concierge, Door staff, Handyperson, Porters, and Plasterers. As part of the total compensation package, the Resident Manager will receive 32BJ benefits and a 2 BD apartment.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5–10 years of experience in multifamily facilities management (150+ rental units)
• Experience managing on-site maintenance staff
• Well-versed in budget management
• Strong knowledge of 32BJ protocols + procedures
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
