HAYS Recruitment is currently partnered with a well-known Real Estate firm with a focus on Retail Real Estate. This company is looking for a Regional Property Manager to add to their team as they are rapidly growing.
Your new role
As the Regional Property Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of retail assets. You will be responsible for managing the property operations and maintenance of an assigned Tampa portfolio of retail shopping center properties and maximization of the portfolio’s Net Operating Income.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience as a Regional Property Manager
- Experience with Retail portfolios (shopping centers, malls, etc.)
- Experience overseeing 2M + SqFt
- Knowledge of GAAP, Leasing, Contracts, etc.
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Experience with Luxury Class A
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or similar field
