Your new role

As the Regional Property Manager, you will support two major NYCHA PACT projects in Northern Manhattan. The first project, currently underway, involves the rehabilitation of 660+ affordable housing units across multiple buildings, with a development value exceeding $178MM. The second, launching later this year, includes 1000+ units across 10 scattered sites with over $186MM in renovations.

The Regional Property will manage a team of Property Managers, Maintenance, and Administrative/Compliance personnel.

What you'll need to succeed

• 8-10 years of experience in property management within the NYC affordable housing space
• LIHTC and Section 8 program experience required
• Well-versed in budget management + financial oversight
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, develop, and train onsite staff
• Ability to collaborate well with asset managers, stakeholders, co-developers, and executive leadership
