Your new role

You will collaborate with the global marketing team and different business units to roll out relevant B2B marketing strategies and campaigns. You will enhance market visibility and brand recognition in North America to provide the sales team with consistent lead generation that drives revenue and growth.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5–7 years of B2B Marketing experience (specifically with brand and digital marketing) ideally within the HR services or staffing industry.
• Proven track record of generating sales-qualified leads for commercial teams that grows revenue.
• Experience with marketing automation and campaign management is a must.
• Strong utilization of SQL and MQL, and use of Salesforce
• Ability to work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset and proactively.
