Hays Facilities Management are partnered with a growing fast-service restaurant chain to hire a Regional Facilities Manager based in the NYC area.

Your new role

The job duties of the RFM will include, among others:

- Facilities management oversight of the entire portfolio of stores based in the Northeast, (NYC metro area, D.C.)

- Implement and develop preventative maintenance SOPs uniformly across all locations

- Work with 3rd party vendors, onboard new vendors within the territory as needed

- Provide updates to the leadership team on facility conditions, building requirements and energy management

- Oversee a team of Facilities Techs, work with and foster relationships with store managers

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following:

- Strong experience in the food services industry is an absolute requirement, (Quick Service, (QSR) is a very strong plus)

- Background in MEP is strongly desired, or strong knowledge of building systems/codes, and local laws

- Ability to be based in NYC, but be out in the field as is needed (Travel along the NYC metro, through Washington D.C. — future travel in the Philly and Boston areas)

- FM industry certifications or even trade designations are highly preferred

- Experience with the Service Channel Rescue tool is highly preferred

What you'll get in return

$150-225K, but the client is flexible based on experience! (Only food service backgrounds will be engaged)
