Regional Director

Regional Operations Director – Seattle/Washington Market

We’re hiring a Regional Operations Director to lead operations across a portfolio of properties in the Washington region. This is a full-time leadership role offering $185,000–$205,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits and the opportunity to drive operational excellence for a diverse set of facilities.

What You’ll Do
  • Direct day-to-day operations for multiple sites across the region
  • Develop and implement operational plans to meet client needs and business objectives
  • Oversee budgets, financial performance, and P&L management for the portfolio
  • Lead new business initiatives including pricing, bid development, and contract mobilization
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to expand and extend contracts
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and contractual agreements
  • Coach and develop regional management teams to achieve peak performance.
  • Negotiate union contracts and review legal agreements
  • Drive process improvements and efficiency across all sites
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of management experience
  • Proven track record managing $20M+ annual revenue
  • Strong understanding of P&L statements and financial analysis
  • Prior union negotiation experience (IUOE and service trades preferred)
  • Working knowledge of OSHA standards (OSHA 30 certification preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CMMS platforms
  • Ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship skills
