Your new role

As the Regional Account Manager based in Los Angeles, you will focus on managing a key accounts within the region. Your responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day operations for this account, ensuring service delivery meets client expectations, and maintaining strong relationships to drive retention and growth. You will collaborate with internal teams to manage budgets, monitor performance, and implement process improvements. This role reports directly to senior leadership and plays a critical part in client satisfaction and operational success.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of management experience.
  • Experience managing large-scale accounts with significant revenue impact.
  • Strong understanding of P&L statements and financial performance.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships.
  • Familiarity with union environments and negotiation experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of OSHA standards; OSHA 30 certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CMMS systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed (approximately 10–15%).
