They are looking for an HR Manager to join their team!
Your new role
As the HR Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for all things people-related at the new headquarters. You’ll lead recruitment efforts for both skilled trades and salaried roles, support onboarding and safety training, and play a key role in building a strong, values-driven culture. This is a hands-on, full-time, onsite role where you’ll work closely with leadership and production teams to scale the workforce and support day-to-day.
HR operations.
What you'll need to succeed
A Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of recruiting experience, with 3+ years in broader HR functions
Proven success hiring large volumes of production-level workers under tight timelines
Experience with payroll systems (e.g., Paychex), benefits administration, and onboarding
Familiarity with workers’ compensation laws and compliance
A proactive, resourceful mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Strong communication skills and a passion for supporting both blue-collar and corporate teams
What you'll get in return
In return, you’ll join a growing organization with a strong sense of purpose and a supportive, team-oriented culture.
