Your new role

They are seeking a Quality Control Manager (QCM) to oversee the renovation of a healthcare facility in Martinsburg, WV. In this role, you’ll ensure compliance with federal standards, maintain rigorous quality assurance protocols, and coordinate inspections and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. You’ll work closely with project teams to uphold safety, quality, and client expectations on a high-profile healthcare renovation.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (mandatory per client requirements)
  • 5+ years experience in commercial renovations, preferably within federal spaces
  • Strong understanding of compliance standards and documentation processes
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Open to candidates from various backgrounds (PM, APM, Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Project Engineer, Field Engineer)
  • Ability to work on-site in Martinsburg, WV for 2 years, according to project duration
