• Analyze business and technical requirements to develop effective test strategies.
• Design, document, and execute manual test cases for functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
• Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
• Identify, log, and track defects using test management tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to resolve issues.
• Perform regression testing to ensure system stability.
• Validate data accuracy for policy administration, premium calculations, and claims processing.
• Support user acceptance testing and provide detailed test documentation.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of automation frameworks.
• Utilize automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Appium, Cypress, or Robot Framework.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in QA testing with exposure to automation.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git or SVN.
