Property Manager to oversee Industrial, Flex, and Office assets in Sacramento

Your new role

As a Property Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of Industrial, Flex, and Office properties. This dynamic role involves walking properties, engaging with tenants, vendors, and ownership, managing financials, coordinating leasing activities, and resolving operational issues. Key responsibilities include:

  • Approving property-related expenses and reviewing financial statements
  • Responding to tenant and client requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Overseeing rent collections and CAM reconciliations
  • Coordinating move-in/move-out processes and property inspections
  • Managing vendor relationships and recurring services
  • Leading capital improvement and tenant improvement projects
  • Ensuring code compliance and maintaining building systems
  • Networking with brokers, owners, and community stakeholders
  • Participating in meetings and maintaining high ethical standards


What you'll need to succeed

  • 5–10 years of commercial property management
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Yardi, MRI)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Understanding of lease terms, negotiations, and property systems
  • Reliable transportation for property inspections
  • A proactive, enthusiastic approach and a passion for learning
  • California Real Estate License
  • Bachelor’s degree
