Your new role

As the Property Manager, you will get the opportunity to oversee a large market rate property. Along with all leasing, marketing, bookkeeping, customer service, resident retention and administrative responsibilities, as well as oversight of the maintenance staff.

What you'll need to succeed

• 3–5 years as Property Manager
• Experience with 350–400 units
• Experience managing a team of 10+
• Experience with Class A & B apartments
• Great communication skills & attention to detail
