Retail Property Manager

Your new company
HAYS Recruitment is currently partnered with a well-known Commercial Real Estate firm. This company is looking for a Property Manager to add to their team as they are rapidly growing.


Your new role
As the Property Manager, you will get the opportunity to oversee a portfolio of retail assets. You are in charge of running the portfolio, managing budgets & reports, overseeing capital projects, and working directly with the tenants.


What you'll need to succeed
  • 3+ years in Commercial Property Management
  • Experience with retail assets
  • Experience with financials (budgets, reports, etc.)
  • Ability to maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors

What you'll get in return
• $75k—$85k + bonus
• 401k + Benefits
